00 / Solution

Custom websites, software and mobile apps built around how your business runs

We design and build the websites, portals, internal tools and mobile applications your team and clients use every day, connected to your CRM, ERP and data from the first release. For scale-ups and enterprises across Europe that need software to fit the process, not the other way round.

At a glance

One team takes the work from brief to production: discovery, design, engineering, integrations, hosting and the training your people need. You own the code, the documentation and the roadmap.

  • 01Software that fits your process instead of forcing a new one
  • 02One source of truth across website, CRM and back office
  • 03Full ownership of the code, documentation and hosting
  • Four-step method, one accountable team
  • Built into your existing CRM, ERP and tools
  • European team, EU data handling, GDPR by default

01Who this is for

Built for teams that have outgrown patchwork

Custom software pays off when the standard tools start costing you time, deals or control. These are the situations we are usually called into.

  • 01

Scale-ups whose off-the-shelf tools no longer fit the way the business actually runs, and whose teams patch the gaps by hand.

  • 02

Enterprise departments replacing spreadsheets, a legacy portal or an agency-built website nobody in-house can change.

  • 03

Companies that need a client portal, booking flow or mobile app tied directly to their CRM, billing and back office.

  • 04

Owners and leadership teams who want to own the code, the data and the roadmap instead of renting them from a vendor.

02What we build

Concrete deliverables, not a menu of hours

Every engagement is scoped as a set of working systems. This is what typically ships.

  • 01

    Websites that sell and rank

Server-rendered, multilingual and measured, with the forms, booking and content tools your team needs built in.

    • Conversion-led marketing websites with structured content, forms and booking built in
    • Multilingual sites with server rendering, hreflang and Core Web Vitals in the green
    • An editorial back office so your team publishes without a developer
    • Technical SEO, structured data and analytics wired in from launch
  • 02

    Portals and internal tools

The applications that replace spreadsheet processes and give clients, partners and managers their own secure view.

    • Client and partner portals with secure login, documents, invoices and status
    • Internal tools for approvals, planning, quoting and reporting
    • Management dashboards on top of CRM, ERP and finance data
    • Workflow applications for intake, onboarding and case handling
  • 03

    Mobile applications

iOS and Android apps for clients and field teams, released, updated and monitored by us.

    • iOS and Android apps from one codebase, native where it matters
    • Field and service apps that work offline and sync back to the office
    • Customer apps with booking, payments, messaging and notifications
    • App store release, updates and crash monitoring handled for you
  • 04

    Platform, data and integrations

The layer underneath: the APIs, data models, identity and hosting that keep everything talking and secure.

    • APIs and integration layers between your systems and your partners' systems
    • Data models, migrations and reporting databases
    • Single sign-on, roles, permissions and audit trails
    • EU hosting, backups, monitoring and documentation

03Integrations

Built into the tools you already run

We do not replace what works. We connect to it, and only replace what holds you back. A selection of the platforms we integrate with:

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Pipedrive
  • GoHighLevel
  • Odoo
  • SAP Business One
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Exact
  • Stripe
  • Mollie
  • Adyen
  • Twilio
  • WhatsApp Business
  • SendGrid
  • Slack
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Google Workspace
  • Microsoft 365
  • PostgreSQL
  • BigQuery
  • Shopify
  • WordPress
  • Webflow
  • OpenAI

Not listed? If it has an API or an export, we can work with it.

04What changes

What you win, and what you stop losing

You win

  • Software that fits the process

Screens and flows follow how your people work, so adoption is not a fight and training takes hours, not weeks.

  • A working first version in weeks

We ship in short cycles from the first month, so the business gets value while the full scope is still being built.

  • Ownership of code, data and hosting

Everything is in your name and documented. Any competent team, including your own, can take it forward.

  • One record per client

Website, portal, CRM and back office read and write the same data, so nobody reconciles systems by hand.

You stop losing

  • Double data entry

No more copying orders, contacts and status between tools, and no more errors that come with it.

  • Waiting on an agency for every change

Your team edits content, settings and workflows itself. Engineering time goes to features, not text changes.

  • Processes that live in one person's spreadsheet

Critical planning and reporting move into a system with roles, history and backups.

  • Slow pages that cost rankings and conversions

Server-rendered pages, sized images and a measured performance budget on every release.

05Use cases

Where it lands in your organisation

The same system takes a different shape per department and per industry. A few examples of what we have built or scoped.

DepartmentSales

A quoting portal that pulls prices and stock from the ERP, generates the proposal and pushes the signed deal into the CRM.

DepartmentOperations

A planning tool that replaces the weekly spreadsheet, shows capacity live and feeds the numbers to finance.

DepartmentClient service

A self-service portal for documents, invoices, requests and status, so the service team answers fewer routine questions.

IndustryReal estate

A property platform with listings, viewing requests, follow-up and agent tools in one flow, in every market language.

Industry page

IndustryHealthcare

Intake and booking applications with consent, secure messaging and reminders, built to EU data rules.

Industry page

IndustryProfessional services

An engagement portal with onboarding, file exchange, approvals and status, connected to time tracking and invoicing.

06How we work

Four steps from first audit to a system that keeps improving

  1. Typical timeline: 1 to 2 weeks

    Map

We map the processes the software must serve, the systems it must talk to and the people who will use it. You get a written scope with priorities.

  2. Typical timeline: 2 to 3 weeks

    Architect

Architecture, data model, integrations and clickable designs are agreed before code is written, so the build has no surprises.

  3. Typical timeline: 6 to 12 weeks for a first release

    Build and integrate

Delivery in short cycles with a demo every fortnight. Integrations, migration, testing, hosting and training are part of the build, not extras.

  4. Typical timeline: Ongoing, monthly report

    Operate and optimise

Monitoring, updates, security patches and a monthly roadmap review. New features ship in the same rhythm as the original build.

07Engagement model

Three ways to work with us

Most clients start with a scoped build and keep us on as their operating partner. Each model has one accountable team and a monthly report.

  1. 01

    Scoped build

A fixed scope, a fixed price and a delivery date, based on the blueprint from the Architect step. Best for a first release or a defined replacement.

  2. 02

    Product partner

A dedicated team that keeps building month after month against a shared roadmap. Best when the software is central to how you grow.

  3. 03

    Take over and stabilise

We audit, document and stabilise an existing system another team built, then improve it in place. Best when you cannot afford to start over.

10Questions

Frequently asked questions

When does custom software make more sense than an off-the-shelf tool?
When the tool starts costing you more than it saves: your team works around it with spreadsheets, clients cannot self-serve, data has to be re-typed between systems, or a process that differentiates you is forced into a generic mould. If a standard tool does the job, we will say so and integrate it. Custom software is for the parts of the business where the process is the advantage.
Which technologies do you build with?
Modern, widely supported stacks that any competent team can maintain: TypeScript and React for web applications, cross-platform frameworks for mobile, PostgreSQL for data and cloud hosting in the European Union. We choose per project and document the choice. We avoid exotic tools that would make you dependent on us.
Who owns the code, the data and the hosting?
You do, from day one. Repositories, hosting accounts, domains and third-party services are set up in your name, and the documentation is written so another team could take over. If you decide to bring development in-house later, the handover is a meeting, not a negotiation.
Can you integrate with our CRM, ERP and other systems?
Yes. Integration is part of every build, not an add-on. We work with the APIs of the major platforms, with exports and imports where an API is missing, and we design who owns each data field so that systems never disagree about a client, an order or a price.
How long does it take to build?
Map and Architect take three to five weeks together. A first release of a website, portal or internal tool usually goes live six to twelve weeks after that. Larger platforms and mobile apps are delivered in releases, so the business gets value early while the full scope is still being built.
How is the work priced?
A scoped build has a fixed price based on the blueprint from the Architect step, so you know the total before the build starts. Ongoing work is priced as a monthly product team with an agreed capacity. Hosting and third-party services are billed at cost in your own accounts.
What happens after launch?
The Operate and Optimise step: monitoring, updates, security patches, backups and a monthly review of usage and results. New features ship in the same fortnightly rhythm as the original build. You can scale the monthly capacity up or down as priorities change.
Can you take over a system another agency built?
Yes. We start with an audit of the code, hosting and documentation, stabilise what is fragile, document what is missing and then improve the system in place. Starting over is a last resort and we will tell you plainly if it is the better option.
Will the website be fast and rank well?
Websites are server-rendered, measured against Core Web Vitals on every release and built with technical SEO, structured data, multilingual URLs and analytics from the start. Speed and crawlability are engineering requirements in the blueprint, not a marketing afterthought.
How do you handle GDPR and data security?
Data handling is designed in the Architect step: EU hosting, data minimisation, retention rules, roles and audit trails, and a data processing agreement as standard. Security reviews and dependency updates are part of the operating rhythm.
