00 / Solution

CRM and ERP implementations your teams actually use

We select, configure, integrate and roll out the CRM and ERP that run your commercial and operational core: pipeline, quotes, orders, projects, invoicing and reporting in one connected system. For businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, inboxes and a CRM nobody keeps up to date.

At a glance

One team owns the whole implementation: process design, platform choice, data migration, integrations, training and the months of adoption work that decide whether the system sticks.

  • 01Pipeline, projects and invoices in one connected system
  • 02Clean migrated data and a team that uses it daily
  • 03Reporting the leadership team trusts
  • Four-step method, one accountable team
  • Built into your existing CRM, ERP and tools
  • European team, EU data handling, GDPR by default

01Who this is for

Built for teams that have outgrown patchwork

A CRM or ERP project is rarely about software. It is about making one version of the truth the easiest place to work. These are the teams we typically help.

  • 01

Businesses that have outgrown a basic CRM and run the rest of the company in spreadsheets, inboxes and chat threads.

  • 02

Companies moving off a legacy ERP, or away from a CRM the sales team quietly stopped using.

  • 03

Groups with several entities, teams or countries that need one view of clients, orders and margin.

  • 04

Leadership teams that want reliable pipeline, delivery and cash numbers every week without a manual assembly job.

02What we build

Concrete deliverables, not a menu of hours

Every engagement is scoped as a set of working systems. This is what typically ships.

  • 01

CRM built around how you sell

Pipeline, accounts and follow-up configured to your sales motion, with the admin work automated away.

    • Pipeline, account and contact structure that mirrors how you actually sell
    • Follow-up sequences, task rules and handovers built into the system
    • Quotes, contracts and e-signature generated from the deal record
    • Forecasts, activity and conversion reports leadership can trust
  • 02

ERP for orders, projects and finance

From order to cash, from project to invoice, connected to your accounting package and your auditors.

    • Order to cash: orders, delivery, invoicing, payments and reminders
    • Projects, time registration and resource planning
    • Purchasing, inventory and fulfilment
    • Finance integration with your accounting package, bank feeds and auditors
  • 03

    Migration and data governance

Years of records cleaned, mapped and moved with test runs and sign-off, without a sales blackout.

    • Cleaning and de-duplicating existing records before they move
    • Migration with a full field mapping, test runs and formal sign-off
    • Parallel running and a cutover plan the business can live with
    • Permissions, field rules, required data and audit trails
  • 04

    Adoption and enablement

The part most implementations skip. We stay through the first months until the system is the team's default.

    • Role-based training and written playbooks per team
    • A champions programme and weekly office hours in the first months
    • Personal dashboards so each role sees its own numbers on login
    • Monthly iteration on what the team actually uses and what it ignores

03Integrations

04What changes

What you win, and what you stop losing

You win

  • One view of every client

From first contact to final invoice, every team sees the same record and the same history.

  • Forecasts built on live data

The system does the administrative work, so the data stays current and the forecast means something.

  • Clean handovers between teams

Sales to delivery, delivery to finance: each handover carries the full context and triggers the next step.

  • A platform that absorbs the next step

A new team, entity or country is a configuration change, not a new project.

You stop losing

  • Leads and renewals that slip through

Every open opportunity and every expiring contract has an owner, a next step and a reminder.

  • Manual invoicing and chasing

Invoices are raised from delivered work, payments are matched and reminders go out on schedule.

  • Shadow spreadsheets next to the system

When the system is the easiest place to work, the side spreadsheets disappear on their own.

  • Licences for tools nobody opens

We consolidate overlapping tools and right-size the licences you keep.

05Use cases

Where it lands in your organisation

The same system takes a different shape per department and per industry. A few examples of what we have built or scoped.

DepartmentSales

One pipeline with automatic follow-up, quoting from the deal and a clean handover to delivery when the contract is signed.

DepartmentFinance

Invoices raised from delivered work, payments matched automatically, reminders scheduled and the month closed days earlier.

DepartmentOperations

Capacity, projects and purchasing planned from real orders instead of a copy of last week's sheet.

DepartmentManagement

A weekly report on pipeline, delivery and cash that needs no manual assembly and no reconciliation meeting.

IndustryB2B software

Trials, subscriptions, renewals and churn signals in one place, with billing and support reading the same account.

Industry page

IndustryHospitality and fitness

Memberships, bookings, payments and campaigns run off one member record across locations.

06How we work

Four steps from first audit to a system that keeps improving

  1. Typical timeline: 2 to 3 weeks

    Map

We audit your current tools, data and processes, interview each team and define what the new system must do on day one and in year two.

  2. Typical timeline: 2 to 4 weeks

    Architect

Platform choice, object model, integrations, migration plan and rollout order are written down and agreed with every team lead.

  3. Typical timeline: 8 to 16 weeks

    Build and integrate

Configuration, integrations, migration test runs and training happen in waves per team, with a cutover date the business can plan around.

  4. Typical timeline: Ongoing, monthly report

    Operate and optimise

Administration, adoption coaching, change requests and reporting continue monthly, so the system evolves with the business.

07Engagement model

Three ways to work with us

Most clients start with a scoped build and keep us on as their operating partner. Each model has one accountable team and a monthly report.

  1. 01

    Implementation project

Fixed scope, fixed cutover date and a defined adoption period. Best for a first implementation or a full replacement.

  2. 02

    Managed platform

We administer the platform, deliver changes and produce the reporting each month, so you do not need an in-house admin.

  3. 03

    Rescue and relaunch

For a stalled or abandoned implementation: we assess what exists, fix the structure and relaunch it with the adoption work done properly.

10Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which CRM or ERP platform do you recommend?
The one that fits your processes, team size, budget and the systems you already run. We are not tied to a single vendor. We implement and integrate HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Odoo, SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics and others, and we make the recommendation in writing at the end of the Map step, with the reasons and the total cost of ownership.
Our last CRM project failed. Why would this one be different?
Most implementations fail on adoption and data, not on software. We design the system around how each team actually works, migrate clean data with sign-off, train per role and stay for the first months with office hours and monthly iteration. The system has to be the easiest place to do the work; when it is, the shadow spreadsheets disappear on their own.
How do you handle data migration?
With a full field mapping, cleaning and de-duplication before the move, several test migrations checked by your team and a formal sign-off before cutover. Where needed, systems run in parallel for a short period. There is no sales blackout: the cutover date is planned around your commercial calendar.
How long does an implementation take?
Map and Architect take four to seven weeks together. Configuration, integration, migration and training then take eight to sixteen weeks depending on the number of teams, entities and integrations. Rollout happens in waves per team, so the first users are live well before the last.
Can the CRM and ERP be connected to each other and to our other tools?
Yes, and that is the point. Quotes become orders, delivered work becomes invoices, payments update the account and the pipeline forecast reads live data. We integrate with your accounting package, email, telephony, e-signature, website and reporting tools, and we document who owns each field.
How is an implementation priced?
The implementation project has a fixed price based on the blueprint from the Architect step, with the adoption period included. Platform licences are contracted in your name and billed by the vendor. The managed platform model is a monthly fee for administration, changes and reporting.
Do we need an internal administrator?
Not necessarily. Many clients keep us as their managed platform team: we administer users and permissions, deliver changes, maintain integrations and produce the monthly reporting. Others build an internal admin over time; we train that person and hand over step by step.
We have several companies and countries. Can one system handle that?
Yes. Multi-entity, multi-currency and multi-language structures are designed in the Architect step: shared clients where it makes sense, separated books where the law requires it, and consolidated reporting on top. Adding an entity later becomes a configuration change.
What reporting will leadership get?
A weekly view of pipeline, delivery and cash that needs no manual assembly, personal dashboards per role and a monthly report against the KPI tree agreed before the build. The numbers are trustworthy because the system does the administrative work that keeps the data current.
How do you handle GDPR in a CRM implementation?
Consent, retention rules, access requests and deletion are configured in the system, not handled by hand. Roles follow least privilege, changes are logged and the platform is hosted in the European Union wherever the vendor offers it. A data processing agreement is standard.
